Educating people with special needs of different types of physical and mental challenges.
Providing early intervention to kids below 2 years of age to help them move out from Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other intellectual challenges.
Satisfying the therapy needs of various age groups.
Making them independent and self-reliant by developing them vocationally.
Rehabilitating them as self-sustained human beings by providing employment opportunities.
Guiding them to get the benefits from the Government and helping them realize their rights in different aspects.
Guiding the parents psychologically and emotionally to bring change in their well-being.
Providing facility to all age groups of people with special needs, irrespective of the degree of physical disability and intellectual level.
For Children Below 3
Early intervention program will be given. It consists of assessment of the intellectual level and assessment of the therapy needs.
- Assessment of Intellectual Level:Gross Motor, Fine Motor, Cognition, Self-help, Speech & Communication, Social skills.
- Assessment of Therapy Needs: Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Play therapy, Sensory integration.
- Age Appropriate Therapy: Need-based therapy appropriate to their age.
Early intervention group kids will be provided therapy based on their assessment finding to carry out their activities of daily living through occupational therapy.

Adult Fitness
For adults to maintain fitness, reduce obesity, and reduce problem behavior, physical exertion will be provided through heavy physical exercises.

Skill Development Training Program
Adults of above 16 years age group are trained in various skills to fit them in a vocation.
Counting, Sorting, Cutting and Pasting, Stacking, Filing, Packing, Shifting things from one place to another, arranging things in shelves and so on.
Housekeeping skills and cooking skills.
Housekeeping Skills
Cloth folding, dishwashing, wiping, moping, drying clothes, arranging the things in the right place, ironing clothes, putting pillow covers, spreading bed cover on the bed, rolling mats, etc.
Cookery Skills
Cutting vegetables, peeling, chopping, tea making, Vazhapoo aydhal, peas, kidney beans peeling, Keerai aydhal, sprout making.
- Monday: Sprout Bhelpuri or Vegetable Soup
- Tuesday: Cucumber salad or Fruit salad or Sundal
- Wednesday: Salem Thattai Set
- Thursday: Chapathi and Thakkali Thokku making
- Friday: Vegetable Sandwich making
Every day 3 students were made to involve in tea making activity for all the staff members.
Other Activities
Beyond all activities mentioned above, handmade flowers using cloth and Thamboolam flowers were done by the students with the assistance of our staff members.
Jewellery making is done with the guidance of our staff members. They are trained to make necklaces, anklets, bracelets and so on.
Out of news paper, students are trained to make trash covers and packing covers of different sizes.
The income generated through the above mentioned activities is distributed as stipend to the students of Vocational group once in 6 months.
On-Job Training
This is our dream project. We have kept our first step by inaugurating a small training room. But long way to go to achieve our whole dream come true.
- Pre-vocational students are trained to do weighing and packing groceries like rice, toor dhal and urad dhal in retail packs.
- They are trained to identify different brands of products.
- They are trained to pick groceries off the shelf when a list is given.
- Students enter the list in Excel along with MRPs to find the total value.
- They are trained to know the value of money to improve money skills.
- Role play is used to improve communication ability.
As on date 3 students were employed in this project who have completed their training program with 90% efficiency. Happy to share that they are receiving monthly remuneration. Desire to employ more students in the same project and having a broad vision to expand it in a big way.
