Early Intervention

Children with any kind of development delay (eg. Gross/fine motor, speech and language, cognitive abilities, social emotional skills or sensory processing), when provided with guided support and therapy from a very early stage, stimulates the young brain which have the highest ability to rewire themselves. This helps in reducing the gap between the child's current and age appropriate milestones.

Pre Vocational Training

Students between the ages of 13 and 18 years are enrolled in the Pre-Vocational Group. The program focuses on developing a range of core competencies. Skills such as counting, sorting, cutting, pasting, stacking, filing, packing etc, serve as essential prerequisites for future vocational skill training. The pre-vocational curriculum is designed to equip individuals with special needs with practical abilities that promote independence, enhance employability, and enable them to engage in income-generating activities.

Fitness Program

Persons with special needs are often more vulnerable to lifestyle-related health conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disorders due to limited physical activity and other associated factors. To support students in maintaining physical fitness, enhancing self-control and positive behavior, regular physical exercise will be provided. This will include yoga, intensive workout sessions, and the use of fitness equipment such as treadmills, stationary cycles, elliptical trainers, rowing machines, twisters, and other exercise aids.

This specialized training program is tailored for students at Vruksh who utilize non-text visual learning and intensive repetition. By focusing on auditory-visual product recognition and practical, calculator-assisted billing math, this pipeline prepares students for sustainable employment. The curriculum expands into hands-on logistics, training students in stacking order procurement to safely load and stage inventory. Trainees also master product weighing and packing, concluding with an order disbursement routine where final deliveries are verified and handed off to customers.

Early intervention program will be given. It consists of Assessment of the Intellectual level, Assessment of the therapy needs.

Age appropriate therapy - Need based therapy will be provided which will be appropriate to their age.

Early intervention group kids will be provided therapy based on their Assessment finding to carry out their activities of daily living, through occupational therapy.

To improve their social skills, play therapy and speech therapy will be provided.

To improve their mobility physio therapy will be provided.

The above mentioned therapies will be provided by the experienced professionals of multidisciplinary team which consists of a Special Educator, Physiotherapist, Occupational therapist & a Speech Language Pathologist.

For Adults

Fitness & Wellbeing

For Adults to maintain their fitness and to reduce their obesity & to reduce their problem behavior, physical exertion will be provided by heavy physical exercises, and by using Treadmill, Static cycle, Elliptical trainer & Twister etc.

Everyday 3 students were made to involve in Tea making activity for all the staff members.

Our Vision

Vruksh consists of all type of Students who are different and unique in their degree of physical and intellectual disabilities. Moreover it is an heterogeneous group with respect to age. Vruksh is right now serving from 3 years old child to 48 years old adult. As their needs are different, we need variety of material to teach them and also to provide therapy. Hence it is must to be customized as per their need to bring a visible progress in them.

Children below 10 need intensive Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Therapy, Sensory Integration, Special Education, Play Therapy, Visual Motor Therapy, Music Therapy, etc., But Quantum of specific therapy depends upon their degree of disability and disorders.

To provide the above mentioned therapies under one roof in an effective way we need more space. In very short future, we wish to have a better infrastructure with the help of many good hearts.

For Adults, wish to provide them Employment by constructing a Hypermart where all groceries, cafeteria will be set. The skills developed in the school ambience will be applied in the work place, so that all will emerge as earning members, thus their self-esteem will be enhanced & will become self – reliant.

The ultimate point is if they are placed in some Organization the understanding of the people around them may be inconsistent. Hence that problem will be resolved, since all are people with special needs. As a team they will be working under the supervision of us ( the so-called normal human being ).

All the special needs adults cannot read the product name even after so many years of training. Hence we have planned to design an application software which is very much friendly to all the students of vocational group.

Recently we have designed an application software exclusively for Vruksh Vocational group special needs adults, and started training them too.

To make the above mentioned Dream projects in to reality, we need financial support from many Well – Wishers. Urge is there in our hearts to do more and more to the people with special needs, but how?

Little drops of water, make the mighty ocean. To make this project a successful one, Likeminded people should integrate with each other. HE will take care of this to make everything to fall at the right place at the right time.
